BOLI Pre-Purchase Analysis

Producers and Producer Groups who purchase either Producer Package A or B will be eligible to purchase a BOLI Pre-Purchase Analysis for bank clients at a discounted fee.   The professionals at BOLI Solutions Group LLC are uniquely qualified within the banking industry to provide accurate and unbiased Pre-Purchase Analysis for producers.

Comprehensive services available to banks include:

• Evaluating all available alternatives – including both insurance-based and non-insurance-based solutions – and, if appropriate, recommending the amount of BOLI to be purchased and the relationship to the specific costs to be recovered,
  
• Comparing the various types of insurance policies available including a detailed assessment of both the underlying risks as well as the potential benefits,
  
• Providing objective historical performance of all the various insurance carriers’ products along with an unbiased, educated opinion about likely future performance,
  
• Reverse engineering of all the pricing components of BOLI products including full disclosure of all forms of direct and indirect compensation likely to be paid to the BOLI vendors and embedded profit margins for the insurance carriers,
  
• Helping banks choose vendors and insurance carriers consistent with the needs and risk profile of the bank, taking into account the vendors capabilities as well as all direct and indirect policy loads and charges, and
  
• Helping banks thoroughly evaluate and document all significant risks, including developing a plan to enable management to effectively identify, measure, monitor and control those risks.
