If I subscribe to a package which includes quarterly reports, when can I expect to receive them? Quarterly reports will typically be sent to clients on March 15, June 15, September 15 and December 15. Completion of quarterly reports, however, is dependent upon certain regulatory filings and subsequent analysis by our experts. Accordingly, in some instances reports may be delivered a couple of days sooner or later than the 15th.
How can I pay for the package I’ve ordered? You may Register with us and call our offices at (336) 854-0506 to place and order and make a payment.
May I share the information contained in the reports with others in my office or with third parties? This depends on the particular report or package you purchase. Some reports and packages available are to be used for internal purposes only and cannot be shared with third parties.
Other reports and packages may be shared with bank clients. The BOLItracker™ Price List and the Subscription Agreements clearly define what can be shared and what cannot. If you have any questions about the proper use of any report or package, you can call our offices at (336) 854-0506.
Will you share my order information with third parties? NO. The professionals at BOLItracker™ will protect the confidentiality of your order information and will not disclose to third parties the identities of our customers.
If I order a Peer Group Report or a Producer Package that includes Peer Group Reports can I have it customized with my personal contact information for marketing purposes? Yes, when you place your order you will be asked to type in your personal and company information along with any professional designation. We will use this information to customize the peer group for your marketing purposes.
Will I be required to enter into any type of Licensing/Confidentiality Agreement to receive the reports or packages? It depends. Individual Peer Group Reports can be purchased without entering into any type of Agreement. If you purchase any report or package which is designated to be used for internal purposes only and not shared with third parties, then you will be required to enter into a Subscription Agreement to protect our proprietary information. The agreement must be executed prior to any BOLItracker™ information being provided to you.
